Delivery & Cancellations
Delivery of goods
Goods are delivered by Registered Priority Airmail and must be signed for on arrival. If your goods do not arrive within a reasonable time, please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number. If you cannot quote the order number, please provide your name, delivery address and approximate order date. We will contact the postal service to resolve the issue.
Delivery time
The average delivery time is 2-4 weeks. In rare cases parcels may be delayed in transit. Please let us know so we can attempt to track your parcels.
Dispatch information
All orders are dispatched within 72 hours once your payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is split into two or more parcels, we dispatch one parcel per day. Because they are sent on different days, their arrival may be a few days apart. To prevent fraud and protect our customers we ship via Registered Priority Airmail only.
Returns and guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your goods immediately on receipt.
Within 30 days of delivery you may return any carton shipped by SmokeAndShop for the following reasons:
- Carton is new, unopened and in its original packaging with all accessories
- Incorrect carton was shipped
- Carton arrived damaged
All returns must be authorised by SmokeAndShop. Please email [email protected] for approval and instructions. After we receive your return, we will reship your carton or issue a refund.
Please note that we do not accept opened cartons or returns more than 30 days after delivery.
SmokeAndShop cannot be held responsible for variations in product quality arising from the acts or omissions of the manufacturer or the manufacturing process.
Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. Please email [email protected] to request cancellation.
Important
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may be treated as misuse of the chargeback process. Cardholder details such as name, address, IP address and email may be shared with your card issuer and payment processor for investigation.
